Meet the team

Erika Ruiz, MA, BCBA, LBA

Founder & CEO

Erika Ruiz brings her knowledge in Elementary Education K-6 and Special Education mild/moderate (K-12, Emotional Impairment K-12, English as a second language K-8) from California. Her experience extends to working with young adults ages 18 to 26 years. Her experience in ABA as a BCBA and, most recently, her knowledge in early childhood education has inspired her to use her knowledge, passion, and education to create a place that focuses on employee satisfaction and empowering families through equitable access to support.
